Therapeutic Massage: Relieve muscle tension and pain while increasing flexibility and mobility. This focused massage targets specific muscle groups and connective tissue. I used various modalities including myofascial release, fascial bending, trigger pint therapy, hot stones and PNF stretching.

Oncology Massage: a special type of massage developed specifically for cancer patients. Cancer patients have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that a massage is beneficial to their health. I focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment for you to relax into.

Hot Stone Massage: Luxuriate in this deeply soothing heat therapy. Smooth heated basalt stones with the right pressure will relieve sore, stiff muscles, improve circulation and calm the nervous system.

Reiki: Restores and balances life energy (ki or chi) which promotes physical and mental healing. This treatment facilitates energy flow and is very relaxing and calming for the body, mind and spirit. Complimentary with your massage.
